We will respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the group, building and maintaining trust among our members.
We strive to engage with fellow professional organizers fairly and respectfully, upholding the highest standards of personal conduct to positively represent the organizing profession. We will refrain from any actions that could discredit the organizing profession or YEG Organizers.
We will address any potential conflicts of interest openly and transparently to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our interactions.
We commit to continuously enhancing our skills through ongoing training and education. Furthermore, we will support the continuous improvement of our fellow members.
We will only share resources that we have the right to share, respecting intellectual property and ensuring ethical practices.
