Stay connected and engaged with the YEG Organizers community through our regular meetings, informative events, and opportunities for social interaction and professional development. We offer a variety of ways for members to connect, learn, and grow.
YEG Organizers holds general meetings on the third Monday of every month, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that meetings are typically rescheduled to the week before or after if the third Monday falls on a holiday, and there are no meetings held in July, August, or December. Specific meeting dates and any location details will be communicated to our members.
Our monthly meetings provide a valuable and supportive environment for professional organizers and related businesses to connect and learn.
Guests Welcome: Prospective members and interested individuals are welcome to attend our general meetings as guests for a fee of $20 per meeting. If you plan to attend as a guest, please inform our Membership Coordinator in advance at yegorganizersinfo@gmail.com to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience, as well as to arrange for payment and registration.
Typical Meeting Format
Networking (6:00-6:15 PM): An initial opportunity to mingle and build connections with fellow attendees.
Introductions & Updates (6:15-6:45 PM): A chance to meet those present and stay informed about the latest group news and announcements.
Guest Speaker/Discussion (6:45-7:30 PM): Learn from industry experts or participate in engaging discussions on relevant topics.
Open Networking (7:30-8:00 PM): An open forum to share insights, ask questions, and further connect with other members.
Throughout the meeting, members are encouraged to share referrals and explore potential collaborations.
